Message from Mark Heese:
“I have retired from international competition after representing Canada on
the World Tour for 17 years.
I have created a new organization called Maximum Reach, which was created
to inspire individuals to reach for their potential. My focus has obviously
been on the volleyball community.
I have recently partnered with CanuckStuff, Canada’s Leading Volleyball
Source ( www.canuckstuff.com ), and am continuing my longtime
relationship with Overkill ( www.overkill.ca ) They are fully behind
my efforts to continue having a strong impact in the Canadian volleyball
community. So I now am part of a new team, so to speak!
Clinics/appearances across Canada is one of the projects that we are
pursuing to help the continued growth of volleyball and for me to maintain
a positive influence and presence in the sport.
I am very excited about the clinics I will be running in the NWT. I have
never been there, but have always wanted to experience that part of the
country. And to be coming there to teach my favorite sport, with a strong
team (CanuckStuff and Overkill) behind me, I couldn’t ask for a better
opportunity.
Mark”
